Dr. Elva Smith is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Sociology & Criminal Justice at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Smith teaches classes in: Forensics, Sociology of the Middle East, Social Change/Social Movements, and Anthropology. In 2002, Dr. Smith founded and assumed the role of President and Director of Applied Global Research Corporation (AGR), a for-profit S Corporation specializing in research and policy analysis.
