Julie Grimaldi has worked as a Planning Officer in the Operational Policy and Strategic Planning Bureau of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Canada, since 1990. A graduate of both York University and the University of Toronto, she holds an Honours BA degree in Philosophy and Law & Society, and a MA degree in Criminology.
